1) All of outpuppies are soldingoodhealth. They have been dewormed, microchipped, withthe firstpuppy 
vaccination given at approximately6-7 weeks(consisting of minimally Parvovirus andCanine Distemper). All 
ofCounty Fair's puppies will receive personalinhome attention, loving care and socialization from birth 
until they goto their forever home. 
2) Your puppy is currently eating highquality,highproteinpuppy chow Orijen Puppy.Ifyou are picking up 
your puppy here, you will receive afree bag ofthisfood, enough to last severaldays until you can purchase 
your own supply. You may purchase the food at any facility that carries itand we will helpyou locate those. 
You are given basic informationon the care, feeding andtraining ofyoung puppiesto assistyou. We offer 
lifetime support on allissues for apuppy you adopt from us via email andthe phone. Wewillbegintheir 
housetraininginthe seventh week. Feeding inistructions for thispuppy 1/3 cup three times daily. 
3)You are requiredto provide your puppy with abasicpuppy obedience class. Werecommend BAXTER & 
BELLA Online Classes. When ordering use the code: COUNTYFAIR for 25% off. Training is absolutely 
essentialfor all puppies. Make sure you are doing age appropriate instruction. It establishes the bondthat 
rewards boththe animal andthe owner to adegree unavailable otherwise. 
4)Please takeyour puuppy to your veterinarian by 6/8-6/15/2020for his next vaccination(s). Atthat 
initial examination we recommendthat you establish appointments withthe veterinarian to schedule the 
remaining recommendedpuppy shots and an establish aparasite prevention program which should 
encompass heartworm medication (Ivermecton or Heartguard) and topical flea and tick treatment 
(Frontline or Advantage, or Diatomaceous earth). You may also order aSeresto Collar for flea andtick 
treatment. We have seen higher than average cases of seizuresand violent allergic reactions to oforal 
fleaandtick medications inLabradoodles so wee donot currently reccomedthose. The firstRabies 
vaccination is requiredbetween3 –4 months of age. NOTE: If, during that initialexamination during the 
first week home, your veterinarian feels thatthe petpuppy inquestion has ahealth condition, the puppy 
mustbe returnedtoCounty Fair. Originalpayment ofdog price only is refundable and any breeder 
incurred expenses such as delivery and/or additional vet visits -willbe deductedfrom that refund 
amount. Ifinstead of arefund, the buyer may requesta suitable replacement –Breeder discression will 
disctate whether a new replacementpuppy is suitable inacase by cae basis. 
5) Your puppy is coveredby a24 monthhealthguarantee for certaingenetichealth conditions –

specifically to be free ofHip&ElbowDysplasia andhereditaryblinding eye defect as statedbelow: 
Hereditary EyeDefects:this guarantee covers blinding eye defects that are established as genetically 
caused. AcertifiedCanine Ophthalmologist certificate isrequired along withfull medicalhistory from 
dateofpurchase. Hereditary Hip &Elbow DysplasiaGuarantee:This covers allgrades ofHipDysplasia, 
with symptoms affecting saidpuppy that requires surgery and are established as geneticallyinherited. 
Proof ofthe condition mustbe providedby x-raystakenin accordance withOFA, the Orthopedic 
Foundationfor Animals, Inc. 

If any ofthe above geneticdefects are foundprior to the dog reaching24 months of age,a full refund 
notto exceedthe purchase price willbe given to the purchaser upon receipt ofthe required 
documentation (as stated above), or purchaser may choose apuppy oflikekindfrom the nextavailable 
litter. Wewill not require return ofthe originalpuppyifpurchaser covenants to give itthe appropriate 
care itrequires for the lifetime ofthe dog,but do requireit's return ifpurchaser no longer wants it. 

6)Purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility and costs relatedto upbringing, personality development 
andtraining of Puppy.Seller willnotbe responsible for any medical and or surgical services during the 
tenure ofthisguarantee. Note the importance of environment anddietin relation to the growth of a 
youngdog. Thedog willbe given proper nutrition, adequate exercise and necessary grooming. Do not over 
feed and/or over exercise (running onhardpavement) and avoid slippery flooring,jumping two or three 
stairs at atime, andjumpingfrom heights (trucktailgates, SUV's, veterinarian tables) or any excessive 
exercise requiring pushing off andlanding on the front and rear legs, wherever possible. Statistics show 
that35% ofperformance isdue to heritable factors andthe remaining 65% are from other variable 
influences, such as training, management, and nutrition. For the bestpossible personality, we recommend 
puppy socializationclasses, puppy obedience classes, andthe adult dog obedience classes. Agility and 
training for trick classes are also available inour area andthose are notonly fun for you andyour young 
companion, butincrease the bonding and obedience between you andyour pet. 
7)Iffor some reason Puppy shouldbe inneed of ahome at any time inhis/her lifetime, the owner may 
notify County Fair Labradoodles and work with usfor approved re-homing or return the puppy/adultto us 
for placementin anew home. No monies willbe refundedfor this cause. Please note: under no 
circumstances willCounty Fair Labradoodles refund money for adog other than the described2 year 
health guarantee items listed. County Fair Labradoodles willhowever,helpowners to locate trainers and 
support experts as neededfor various purposes as puppy grows into adulthood. 
8) Puppy is warrantedto the originalowner or owners only. Transfer of ownership nullifies and voids this 
warranty –unless puppyis rehomed using the breeder's process. Itis understoodthatthe above 
warrantiesare expressly regardinginherited congenitaldefects. Any physicalinjury or abuse to thedog 
voids thisguarantee.
